Our client in Lake Country wanted more outdoor space and flow. A place to entertain, a privacy wall and shelter from highway noise on the deck were all top priorities for our client. Discussing the area further with our clients we discovered they also wanted to maximize the patio space below the deck to make more room for a hot tub and to reduce overall clutter. A few of the challenges we faced were tying in and matching the existing stucco, trim, deck railing and Duradek without making it look like the new spaces were part of a renovation. We were aiming to make the new spaces look like they were always part of the original home build. Take a look at the photos and let us know what you think!
