To start, the lower-level suite was transformed into a fully legal space. This required a new laundry facility, closing off the one bathroom to rest of the house, and creatively adding a half bath beneath the stairwell. Modern, playful finishes brought new life to the space, including a family room and designated gym area for the homeowners.

Upstairs, the kitchen became a showpiece, with a brand-new layout, upgraded cabinetry, and additional plumbing for a prep area. A main floor half bath was converted into a full bath, while a custom Murphy bed turned the den into a multi-functional retreat. To amplify natural light and capture breathtaking lake views, two new windows were added to the primary along with custom cabinetry and a stunning ensuite remodel. Upstairs also required a laundry room remodel and sleek new banister to really enhance the main floor aesthetic and style.
